A Telangana state aspirant is not suitable for an 85% state quota in AP. AP is not suitable for the state quota in Telangana. Hence, the vice-versa is also not true.

There is no strategy of allowance for applying a different state in the seat allotment process in the above two states.

For Domicile of AP,  the disciple residing in Telangana but also studied in the state he is applying for 7 years, he/she is eligible for this certificate.

After getting a domicile statement, he/she can be suitable for 85% of state govt. seat allotment.

For Telangana state, an aspirant residing in the province for 4 successive years previously to the year he/she gave the particular entrance exam.

I want to inform you that No it's very tight call you are on the other side just by few lesser rank but yes you might have a slight chance of getting the college because you are on the edge but still you should fill the application form and hopefully get the college .

You can try for government as well as private medical colleges and since you are Telangana domicile holder, you have a good chance of getting admission under category A.

If you want to apply in colleges in Andhra Pradesh, you have to apply under management quota (Category B) IN private medical colleges. But, I believe your chances are low in these. You can apply in the following deemed universities-

The tuition fee of private medical colleges in Karnataka ranges from 10 lakh to 20 lakh per annum. However, you are very few chances of getting a seat in one of the private colleges are candidates from other states (non-domiciled) have to score atleast 550+ if they belong to the general category.

You can surely grab a seat in the deemed universities such DY Patil Medical College, Navi Mumbai, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Wardha and Mahatma Gandhi Medical College Pondicherry.

NIT AP would be a better choice in my opinion as first of all it is an nit so it has its own benifits also it has been mentored by nit warangal so a tinch of its legacy has penetrated in the culture of nit ap and you already know that nit warangal is a great institution also in 1st year at nit ap you are taught subjects from all domain so that has an advantage in itself as you have knowldge about other domains other than your own branch whereas in iiitsricity only cse related subjects are taught nit ap is my recommendation but yes since you have such good percentile I would suggest you to go with other nits that are older although you may get ece branch there yet they will be far better than all other new nits rest the final decision is yours.
