i am gujrat board student.i have chemistry 28+5**33 mark, chemistry practical= 31marks.physics 51 and physics practical 30 marks. biology 71 and biology practical 39 marks. IfI get good mark in this year neet exam can there be anyproblem in medical clg admission&counseling during chemistry marks?

Arhana Chakraborty 2nd May, 2022

The eligibility criteria for the NEET clearly states that the student needs to pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology as subject in there 10+2 and they must get atleast 50% marks in aggregate of all this subjects for UR candidates and for the SC/ST the percentage required is 45% & 40% respectively.

So surely, you are eligible for the examination as you have around 85% in aggregate (255/300) of Physics, Chemistry & Biology.

For more information regarding NEET consider the link below:

I hope this helps. Wish you a great eve!

11th stream preboard ki percentage pr select hote hai ya board ki percentage pr?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 22nd Mar, 2022

Hi

Your 10th preboard marks doesn't matter at all. You will be awarded 10th certificate on the basis of board examination marks and not pre board marks.

And so your admission in 11th and thus stream you can choose completely depends upon your 10th board examinations and not preboard examination marks dear.

Follow the below tips to prepare well for your board examination:-

  • Go well through the chapters

  • Make short notes so that you can revise them easily during your exam

  • Go through previous year question paper of your board examination

  • Solve at least 2-3 sample paper for each subject

To help you further,

Here's the list of options that you can go for after your 10th  :-

>>>>>>>  10+ 2  :-

You have to choose any one of science  Commerce , Arts/Humanities streams.

---------------------------)  Science :-  The science stream can be further divided into 3 groups depending upon the subjects one chooses

  • ******  Non medical  :- Science with PCM i.e physics, chemistry , maths group. There's no biology in PCM group.

You should basically choose this if you want to pursue engineering/architecture etc in future.

  • ******  Medical  :- Science with PCB i.e  physics, chemistry biology.

You should choose PCB group if you want to get into medical field like mbbs, bds, nursing etc in future .

  • ******  PCMB  :- You can even go for science with PCMB i.e physics Chemistry Maths and Biology  if you are interested in studying both Maths and Biology in your 10+2. But yes, it becomes a bit difficult to handle both biology and Maths.

One advantage of choosing pcmb is after 10+2 you can go for both medical courses like MBBS, bams, nursing etc and non medical courses like engineering as well.

--------------------------)   Commerce   :- You get to study subjects like Accounts, Business studies, Economics & Maths ,Commerce etc. If you want to become a chartered accountant, company secretary, financial advisor etc in future, then commerce is for you. In commerce you acquire commercial knowledge required for business.

---------------------------)   Arts   :- If you like subjects like history, polity etc then you can go for Arts. You get to study subjects like History, Geography, Literature, Political Science, economics etc. You should go for arts if you aspire to get into Journalism, literature, languages, history, psychology etc.

>>>>>>>   Polytechnic / Diploma :   - After   your 10th you can go for diploma courses in various branches of Engineering like mechanical, Electrical, Civil etc on the basis of your interest.

>>>>>>>    ITI    :- ITI is a skill development course which you can go for after your 10th , you can do iti any trade of your choice like Electrician, fitter, Welder etc.

>>>>>>>    Paramedical courses :-    after your 10th you can go for various paramedical courses for which you can get detailed information at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/paramedical-courses-after-10th-12th

Now, out of all these options which should you go for depends upon:-

***Your interest

***What do you want to become,

For example,

You should choose PCM science if you want to become an engineer, PCB science if you want to become a doctor, you should choose commerce if you want to be a banker or an accountant, you should choose arts if you want to become a journalist or you are interested in literature etc. So, it all depends upon your interest and what do you want to become in future so take your time and decide.
