Hi there,
A comparison between two different two different branch does not make any sense. But as you asked the question so I have to answer.
As the question comes to best career option so I must go for Dr SS bhatnagar institute. As the whole university is dedicated to a single branch. And have expertise to a greater extent.
On the other hand , IIIT bhagalpur has excelled in IT i.e Information Technology.
Hope this helps!!

Both the colleges, IET Lucknow and KNIT Sultanpur are good.
IET Lucknow, ECE branch is well equipped with all the necessary labs and a good experienced teaching faculty members. But, it's ECE branch placement records are not too great. Almost 65 to 75% of the students are placed in ECE. The highest package goes from 7 to 8 LPA while average package goes from 3 to 4 LPA for ECE graduates. Recruiting companies includes, Wipro, Tata, Indiamart, Bharat Electronics, Adobe, Shapoorji Paloonji, etc
While , Electronics branch in KNIT Sultanpur is good with equipment, faculty and decent placement records all in one.
Almost 75 to 85 % of electronic graduates are placed.
Companies like Mediatek, Idea, Ericsson, Lava , TCS, Wipro, Global logic, Airtel, recruit students. The placement cell also provides an option for students to go for internship at various companies and recommend letters are given accordingly.
