Hey student,
No, you have to give retest for the third year then only you will eligible for the fourth year examination if you fail to pass the retest you might have to repeat third year so prepare well for the re examination and the short answer to your question is you can't apply for 4th year examination until you clear the third year examination.
All The best student,
hope this help you.
The idea that you have proposed is good, but NIOS generally requires that though you can re-take your class XIIth examinations, but the time of taking examinations have to be separate years. Like say you will give your class XIIth exams in 2022, then you should appear for the NIOS maths paper after your official class XII exams have ended.
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
Revision is the key to a great score in any examination. By now, you have completed most of the syllabus, now just focus on the revision. Now revising the theory, important formulaes etc from the notes you have made and try on recalling them by writing them on a paper. Also practice, the PYQ's of the JEE MAINS, with time constrained i.e., take a 3 hours session and solve the PYQ paper and check whats your accuracy. Don't go to learn new concepts at this moment, as it may create confusion with the already learnt subject matter.
For the JEE MIANS Revision Tips consider the link below:
