Yes, you can do a MTech in IIT after your MCS degree. The criteria in general is that you should have a minimum 50 percent aggregate in MCA and must have GATE scores that fulfill the requirements of the IIT you'd like to join. Pursuing an Mtech after MCA gives you an opportunity to become a professional in your chosen field and you would also be able to get better packages from companies. Prepare well for GATE. The fees for Mtech in IIT is about 4- 4.5 lakhs.

Yes you can.Candidates can get admission directly into MCA, on the basis of merit in qualifying examination. Some universities or colleges also provide admission through management quota, which is also counted as one of the way of giving direct admission.

As per your mentioned query yes, you can take admission in MCA in any private college/ institution without giving any entrance examination. There are some colleges which gives admission on the basis of merit.
But mostly top colleges conduct their own entrance examination and without giving that you can't take admission in top colleges or government college.
you can also try for the College's reserved management Quota Seats but it could cost you dearly.
