Hello! NCERT text books play a key role in jee mains and advanced; but I have a doubt that are ncerts and AP intermediate text books the same.

Lahari 28th Jul, 2020
Hello,
No AP Intermediate books are set of books that are published by AP government where as NCERT books are published by National Council of Educational Research and Training. AP Intermediate books are good for IPE exams. NCERT books has each concept in depth ( compared to state board). In state board the concepts are explained only in IPE exam point of view where as in NCERT books each concept is explained from fundamentals.
Good luck!

In mineral nutrition chapter of class 11 ncert is 12.2.2 Role of macro and micro nutrients important?how to prepare this as i am finding it difficult?!

Shivangi chauhan 30th Jul, 2020
Hey dear,

The role of different macro and micro nutrients are important for exam point of view as well as entrance examination point of view. No need to worry , you should prepare a list in which important role of different nutrients are written and you are not required to write all the nutrients , because There are certain elements and  nutrients only which are asked during exam ,so focus on them . You should Focus on role of zinc, magnesium, potassium, sodium, manganese, sulphur, calcium , and certain more macro nutrients which have prominent role in cells and cell processes. Hope this helps.

Good luck!

how much marks can someone score in jee mains only by studing ncert thoroughly

Kamal Kishor Chaurasiya 26th Jul, 2020

Hi Yash,

All the books or NCERT are outstanding. It contains all the contents but in a short, complex manner ( other refrence books just elaborate and extend the concepts). Every year several questions vome in JEE Main which have been extracted directly from NCERT.

Now coming to your query i would say that it totally depends on how nicely you have understood the concepts and have their in-depth knowledge. The better you understand NCERT, the more it will be easy for you to write JEE Main. Chemistry is the most for JEE Main. For physics and chemistry you should do refrence books too. Read NCERT thoroughly and you will see the results while answering JEE Main questions in mock test and in original JEE Main as well.

wish you Goodluck.

how to get 90+ percentile in jee main , is full coverage of ncert is enough for that?

Aishwary Jaiswal 25th Jul, 2020

hello dhinesh,

competition for exams like JEE is very high and i would like to tell to you that just getting your concepts done won't be enough for you to get 90+ percentile in this exam. Students from all over india compete for a rank in this exam and to be honest , they too want to get a good rank because of which other students may refer to some site books as well. so, it is highly recommended to you to also go through some other site books to get such score.

you can refer to

HC verma for physics

Pradeep for chemistry

RD sharma for maths

Hope that helps.
