are nmc new guidelines based on fees implemented in neetug 2021aiq counseling 2nd round?if implemented how can I apply for that?
Hello Aspirant,
See for new guidelines released by NMC jointly with GoI, the implementation dates are not decided yet so at this point of time there is no change in counselling process and it is same as it was for round 1st. Discussion is being carried out on certain levels for implementation of new guidelines according to which " for 50% of the total sanctioned strength in private medical colleges as well as in deemed universities, the fee should be as same as the fee in the government medical colleges of that particular state and Union Territory ."
If any changes would be made to it then it would be informed by MCC or by the respective college. At this point of time the counselling process is same for all seats of deemed universities and government seats of private medical colleges.
You can directly apply for 2nd round from the link given below :-

Hello Aspirant,
As per the latest decision of NMC and Government of India, it has been decided that for 50% of the total sanctioned strength in private medical colleges as well as in deemed universities, the fee should be as same as the fee in the government medical colleges of that particular state and Union Territory.
But the counselling process is still same and till now no any new notification has been released by the competent authorities and if any changes would be made to it then it would be informed by MCC or by the respective college. At this point of time the counselling process is same for all seats of deemed universities and government seats of private medical colleges.
I hope this information helps you.

are nmc guidelines regarding fees for private and deemed universities implemented?
Hello,
------ The National Medical Commission in its guidelines has said that private medical colleges and deemed universities should charge fees for 50% of its seats on a par with government medical colleges in that State or Union Territory.
------- This benefit would go first to students admitted under government quota and “if government quota seats are less than 50% of the total sanctioned seats, then the remaining candidates would avail the benefit of fee equivalent to fees of government medical college, based purely on merit,” the office memorandum issued on February 3 reads.
------- As far as the guidelines are concerned then they haven't been implemented yet, and it's likely as per reports that the decision might get challenged in the Court from various Private Institutions
I hope you find the answer helpful.
Thank you.

Hello, I hope you are doing well
If due to any reason there is any mistake in your personal details in the scorecard, you shouldn't worry about that. You can rectify them while filling the application form for counseling.
You will be notified about the counseling schedule on the official website.
Moreover, it won't affect your chances of getting admission in college in any way, so just focus on applying for the counseling and getting a good college.

according to the nmc draft about private medical fees reduced for 50% seats, these seats are through state quota or AIQ. i am confused.
Hello Harshita,
As per the National Medical Council (NMC), fees of 50 percentage of seats in Private Medical Colleges in India must be near to Government Medical Colleges fees.
Through All India Quota NEET Counselling 15 percentage of Central Universities seats, Deemed Universities seats, AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, etc are filled and Private Medical Colleges seats are not included in this. Private Medical Colleges seats are filled by State level NEET Councelling conducted by the State authorities. Through State Quota NEET Counselling 85 percentage of seats are filled along with Private Medical Colleges seats.
So, to apply for Private seats only possible way is State Quota NEET Counselling, through All India Quota Counselling you cannot apply for Private Medical Colleges.
