It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year. Cut-offs for RVR & JC College of Engineering, Guntur varies depending on many factors. You have not mentioned the branch in which you want admission into this Collecge and know the cut-offs. Because previous year's cut-offs for Computer Science Engineering branch is around 9k and for Chemical Engineering is around 129k for your category candidates.

I'm here to tell you that, For Josaa counselling procedure both the rank i.e. CRL and OBC-NCL category rank is used for getting admissions in prestigious colleges of engineering which are IITs, NITs, IIITs, IIEST Shibpur & GFTIs.

Category Rank is used for getting admission to reserved seats available in the Institution.

Whereas counselling bodies other than Josaa such as TS EAMCET, OJEE, UPCET uses the CRL rank list only.
