Hi candidate,
I hope from the term "payment seat" you mean management quota seat. Most of the private colleges do reserve such seats and they take higher charges in the name of development donation. Along with that, you also need to pay the normal college fees when you get admission.
The benefit of such is to skip the compitition and you get college without much trouble and hard work.
In Uttar Pradesh and certain other states, candidates are also not allowed to take scholarships benifits in such kind of admissions.
I hope it covers your query.
Thank you!

Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great. A management seat is available in the BSc Agriculture programme. Currently, some colleges may grant seats under a management quota. But these amenities aren't offered in the majority of agricultural universities. In order to increase your chances of acquiring the seat, you must first determine whether the college has any management quota seats before applying. In general, the government typically permits private institutes to fill 15% of their seats through management or NRI Quota Seats. The remaining 15% of seats can be filled by the institute's management, with 85% of the seats filled on the basis of merit. But, in case of BSC the management seats are less in comparison with other courses. However, there are further requirements for the management quota seats. At last, wholly it depends on the institution you choose and whether there is a chance for the management seat or not.

The improvement exams are taken to give another chance to students to improve their marks if they are failed or not satisfied. But, they are only allowed in continuation year for appearing in the exam.
As you have mentioned you have done both years from two different colleges/school. When you apply for the improvement exam you need to fill your latest institute name from which you have recently studied.
Hey aspirant,
I will surely assist with your question if you tell me which college you’re particularly talking about! All the best for the future.
