Hello, hope you are doing well!
In NEET 2020 you should wear as simple clothes as possible. Clothes with embroidery, frills, layers, rips, glitter or sparkle and quirky patterns are also not allowed. This rule is made up only to make sure students don't get distracted from there paper to any other thing. Patterns attract the human mind and it might distract other students while they are writing the exam. Just think of yourself in a situation where you are trying to concentrate to remember a difficult question and someone sitting right next to you is wearing a really glitzy top, you are bound to get distracted very easily unless you have great concentration skills. So, among all the other rules for dressing this is also one that you have to wear plain, basic colours which are not too bright, simple clothes. Now it is upto you to decide if it is wearable in the exam hall or not because only you can see the material of your trousers. Just make sure it is not too bright and can't distract people.
I hope you know the other guidelines for dressing for the NEET exam. Like not too loose or not too tight clothes, not metal jewelry or accessories, no closed shoes(just wear sandals that are open), etc. There's another reason for these rules which is very obvious i.e. to make sure students can't cheat by any means.
All the best!
