I gave my class 10th exam in 2021 October and the results were declared in February 2022 in my ssc mts application form what is my qualifying year.

I researched a bit and found out that SSC and most government exams consider the result declaration date as the final qualifying year because that's when you officially passed.
So you should fill 2022 in your SSC MTS application but I will suggest verifying this with someone elder who has given these exams and knows them.

For the SSC MTS application form , the qualifying year is the year in which your result was declared , not when the exam was held.
Since your Class 10 result was declared in February 2022 , your qualifying year is 2022.
So , in the SSC MTS form , you should enter 2022 as your year of passing/qualification.
