i have studied 9 to 12 from andhra pradesh, so can i register for telangna counselling now Or i have to wait for management quota registration to open?

See as you belongs to Andhra Pradesh , means state other than Telangana, so you will have to register for management quota counselling until and unless you deserves any of the three local seats region because for Government quota seats only the candidates having domicile of Telangana or local candidates are eligible
