Hello Akshat. Yes, you can give CAT 2019,even if you are in the final year of your graduation. After CAT, if you are shortlisted for the interview process, then you will have to show a letter from your HOD stating that you are a final year student, and you will pass out in may 2020.

So prepare well and bell the cat.
