Dear candidate, 

As if for both the states you have less chance of getting government medical college seat under the general category or obc. If you have any reservation category of st or sc then you have chance.

As for the telengana state the general cutoff for last year was more than 500+ marks closing and for the karnataka it was ariund to 370+ marks closing under the state quota benefit. So from this you have less chance to get seat in government medical college.
