                       I would suggest to go for VIT. Look in every private colleges, 10% seat is in the under management quota & it all ups to college. Whatever there is, but management quota donation will be pretty high for these kind of Top colleges. Yes the fees structure is very Lees for RV college comparing to VIT but as per my knowledge, the management quota donation like 10lkh or for CSE, IT & ECE, can increase rather. All depends upon college & also your boards results, jee mains rank etc. So, in 4 years, if you go for VIT, including everything like tution fees, hostel fees extra other other expenses, your cost will gone upto 13-14 lakhs. Comparing to RV, it's fees is just 5.3 lakhs, so if you get seat under management quota donation in 9lakhs, then you can go for RV, otherwise go for VIT. Also the average package for RV will be 4-6lakhs, or if you get CSE or IT, then it will be 9lkh +. Yes, it's a very good package but VIT has it's great placement record. If you work hard, you can also get packages like these in VIT. The highest packages also gone upto 20-30lakhs.
