You have tagged AIIMS MBBS, so I am guessing that you are asking about mbbs in Aiims.

It's ok if you have 50 % in 12th in overall

But what is your aggregate % in physics, chemistry ,biology and English ? Because for Aiims only aggregate in these subjects matter .

Also, which category are you from?

Though AIIMS MBBS entrance examination has been scrapped off and now admission is  through Neet examination but percentage requirement in 12th to be eligible for Aiims  is still the same .

For your reference,

Aiims eligibility criteria is given below:-

to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology and English and must have got:-

• at least  60  % in aggregate of PCB and English   in 12th examination  if belongs to general /obc category

• at least  50%  in aggregate of PCB and English if belongs to st/ Sc

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB and English in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible .

So, if you fulfil this criteria as per your category then only you are eligible otherwise not .

Also,

* to be eligible for Aiims 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old  by 31st December 2021

See for admission to AIIMS you need to appear for NEET and if you have scored 50% then you will be eligible for NEET provided that you must have secured minimum aggregate of 60% separately in theory as well as practical part in your class 12th/PUC with Physics, Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and also in your curriculum English subject should also be there and this is if you belongs to General/OBC category. if You belongs to SC/ST then the criteria for AIIMS MBBS would be 50% in 12th,

As there is no upper age limit for NEET but there is minimum age limit for NEET which is 17 years which means that if you want to appear for NEET 2021 the you must have completed your 17 years on December 31st 2021, if all above eligibility criteria are fulfilled by you then you can appear for NEET UG 2021 and can get AIIMS through AIQ counselling if you score good marks.
