Instead of filling PRABHUPADA in my name i filled PRABHUPAD skipping the A.How can i make it correct

You have not made it clear that for which examination have you applied.
But, most of the competitive examinations open the application portal again for correction, you can make it right at that time. If the date for correction has passed than you should try contacting the officials

Otherwise, you will have to verify your identity using any government issued id proofs wherever you use the form.
