my cet merit number is 60000 in general category but my EWS number is 10000 which colleges for best for me for CSE or ENTC iam from solapur University

As you have secured 60k and considering you would be getting the benefit of ews category so let me tell you that it depends on various factors as the dynamics gets changed every year.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
