Hello dear student, 

Considering you to be general category as you haven't mentioned your category. Sir this year cut offs were really high and it's really difficult for students to get admission in any government medical college with this much marks . I hope you understand and try for semi government medical college there are chances that you might get seat or taking admission in private medical colleges is not that bad because they might charge a bit more than government but facilities are great. And importance is equal if you are taking admission in private medical college through NEET.
