NTA is a reservation category in Maharashtra at state level. But neet is a national level examination so state reservation categories are not there.

Now,

Check yourself in Central obc ncl list

Central list :

If you are in the central list of OBC NCL then you can choose OBC NCL as your category (   and that make sure that you get an OBC NCL certificate made to participate in counselling  ) Otherwise you must choose general category in neet application form.

In case,

If you don't belong to obc ncl at central level and then you  had to choose general as your category in NEET application form, you can still choose NTA in your state counselling form because in state counselling categories are there as per the reservation system of that particular state and NTA category is there in Maharashtra state counselling.

*then fill the form i. e you need to fill your personal academic and contact details

• General-EWS/ OBC-NCL :-   1400

• SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender :- 800

• Foreign candidate :-  7500

*And finally you should take the printout of confirmation page.

See NT-A sub category is of Nomadic Tribes category and Nomadic Tribes get reservation under OBC category in Maharashtra but at central level there is no reservation for NT category and this is the reason that you are not getting the option of category NT-A as your reservation category in NEET 2021 application form. And as your category is not listed in central reservation list so in NEET application form you have to enter your category as General category. You can get advantage of your reservation category when you will go for state quota counselling of Maharashtra, so under that 85% state quota you will get the seat as per the cut-off for NT-A category.
