The eligibility criteria for NEET UG 2020 concerning Class 12 Board Marks is:
The candidate should PASS class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology along with English as core subjects.
There is no specific criteria regarding Maths subject. But to pass Class 12, you need to pass Maths also as this is one of the core subject.
Note: Passing Maths is mandatory until and unless it is your extra optional subject.
So you can follow the CBSE Pass Criteria that is 33% score in the External Board exam.

As per the eligibility criteria specified by NTA for NEET 2020, only aggregate marks of PCB subjects are considered which depends on categories which is as follows: UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%
Therefore if you have an aggregate as per your category in PCB subjects you are eligible for neet and marks of Mathematics wont be considered.
