Dear aspirant,
Engineering is an ocean, here every branch as a drop combine together to build and develop many projects.each branch has its own greatness.we can't simply judge the value of any branch as in engineering placements, packages and job security stats varies every year.
So just go with the branch that you are interested in, every branch is having a bright future ahead.

They are having the same scope. Because they merged long time back. . EEE must learn and implement programming in all the 4 years. The same way the CSE must learn to implement Electrical and Electronics all the 4 years. Today 90% of electronic products call for programming. The IoT segment need lots of high end programmers.
Programming is a skill, which is most required by industry. If you take CSE you will be doing programming entire 4 years. In EEE there can be few exceptional programmers. Exceptions can not be examples. Most of the EEE students do not know programming. They do not even know that programming skill is the most essential for their success in core industry. So I think CSE is having a good scope after 4 years.
