Physics, Chemistry, Geological Sciences - To be eligible, Candidates need to have passed 10+2 Examination from any recognized board in Science stream with Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and with at least an average of 75% marks obtained in Chemistry, Mathematics & Physics. In case of OBC-A/OBC-B category, minimum requirement for average marks to be obtained in the aforementioned three subjects is 67.5%. In case of SC/ST/PD/Sports category, minimum requirement of average marks to be obtained in the aforementioned subjects is 56.25%. In case of disabled candidates, The minimum disability in case of disabled candidates should be 40%.

Mathematics - Candidates need to have passed 10+2 Examination from any recognized board in Science with Mathematics and best of any two subjects from Chemistry, Statistics, Physics, Geography, Computer Science and with a minimum average of 75% marks in average in the aforementioned three subjects. For OBC-A/OBC-B category, minimum requirement of average marks to be scored in the aforementioned three subjects is 67.5%. For SC/ST/PD/Sports category, minimum requirement of average marks to be obtained in the aforementioned three subjects is 56.25%. The minimum disability in case of the PD candidates is 40%.

Geography - Candidates need to have passed 10+2 Examination from any recognized board in Science with Mathematics and any two subjects from Geography, Physics, Geology, Chemistry & Economics with at least an average of 70% marks to be obtained in the above three subjects.

In case of OBC-A/OBC-B category, the minimum average to be scored is 63% in the aforementioned three(3) subjects. In case of SC/ST/PD/Sports category, candidates need to score a minimum average of 52.5% in the aforementioned three subjects. The minimum disability in case of the PD candidates is 40%.

Hi tejashree, 

Jadavpur University is one of the elite Institute in India that accepts gate score for admission in mtech course. 

Basically gate score hold 70 %and interview hold 30 %  for preparation final merit list.

Lastly you will score near 60%i  gate exam for admission in mtech course in jadavpur University.

Yes you can try for ju but the chances with this rank is very low.You can get private universities easily like you can get admission in iem ,techno main etc.You can also try other private universities but admission in ju with this score is very difficult.Best of luck.

Hi Pratik, Generally, a rank below 3000 is enough  for anyone to get pharmacy at Jadavpur University. In 2018, the ranks came upto 3991 after all the rounds. For 3000 rank, you should have a score above 80 out of 200 in WBJEE. In 2018, the ranks went slightly higher but before that, pharmacy closed at around 3000.
