Admissions under Jadavpur university are based on entrance exam for this course. And for appearing in this entrance exam student have to pass 10+2 with recognised board. 

On the basis of entrance exam result merit list is prepared and admissions are done. And all procedures take place through online mode.

Candidates should have passed 10+2 oe equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/ Computer Science as compulsory subjects with at least 60% marks in these three suvjects taken together.

To get Admission in Jadavpur University, Kolkata, you can give either of the Exams- JEE Mains,WBJEE.

For JEE Mains- You just need to qualify 12th Class.

For WBJEE- General category candidates should have secured an aggregate of 45% and reserved category candidates should have scored 40% in the above three subjects taken together to be eligible for WBJEE 2019. All candidates are required to have qualified English in 10+2 with atleast 30% marks. The board of the qualifying examination must be recognized by Central and State government concerned.

So, To get admission, you can apply through any of the above Entrance Exam.

For admission in Jadavpur University the cut offs for various branches are different. In 2017 for the general category the highest cut off was a rank ( GMR) of 153 rfor the CSE branch and the lowest cut off was a rank of 3421 for the IT branch. The cut off for rest of the branches ranged among these. Considering this and your GMR you do not seem to have much chances.

so for decentralised it will  be much tougher

As per your rank and category, you have average chances of getting admission in B.Pharm in Jadavpur University. The closing rank is around 15,000 for SC candidates.
