Eligibility Criteria
To join the Insolvency and Bankruptcy: Law & Practice program, you must be a graduate from any recognized university/institute in law or any other field. Final-year students of the LLB course and 4th and 5th-year students of the integrated law course (five-year) can also apply. Moreover, a degree certificate or equivalent holder from a recognized university/institute (CA, ICWA, CS, AIU, etc.) is also eligible for the training.
