mca and mba course both are different in both ways, you should know that main job aspect after mca is software engineering or programmer, however you may also start your own business after completing some years of job experience in programming or software engineering field, but if you are interested for managerial role then you may go for mba, since your background  in computer application you may choose mba in information system.
