It depends on institutions , am sure the sundays will be holiday. Rest depends entirely on institution, though you are most likely to get leave on second saturdays.

Yes you can use mobile phone in campus there is no such restrictions to it but during lectures one should usually not use phone when the teacher is teaching. Listed here are the minimum criteria of eligibility that need to be met by aspiring candidates for admission to the course.
10+2 qualification with a minimum aggregate score of 60% in Maths
Student Membership of the Institute of Actuaries, India/UK.
B.Sc./ B.Com. with a minimum aggregate score of 50% with Mathematics and Statistics as two of the main subjects.
Admission to the course is based on the candidates performance in a relevant entrance examination conducted by the respective universities. The question paper for the exam is QMR format- based, designed to test the students aptitude and logical reasoning. These examinations are generally conducted in the month of April
Here is a list of the entrance exams held in India for admission to the course:
Actuarial science entrance exam
Institute of Actuaries of India entrance exam
Actuarial society of India entrance exam

My college has hostel facilities and it has canteen facilities and it is good environment to study and it has nature environment in our college my campus is wifi free campus and very good lift my college has very good infrastructure

College Infrastructure
The college have all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment like clean classroom, laboratories, library, sports centre but the hostel need some improvement and the mess food is poor and need some improvement.
