Admission to B.Sc Nursing at BMCB Institute of Nursing emphasizes selecting those candidates who possess a strong background in science subjects and are passionate in the field of health care. Eligible candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

GNM, namely General Nursing and Midwifery: The program duration for GNM at BMCB Institute of Nursing is four years and the student intake is 50. It is the course targeted at students who want to be nurses but do not want to go the whole way to a bachelor's degree. The admission process may therefore look at 10+2 performance with science subjects being considered significantly.

ANM, i.e. Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery: A two-year program with an intake capacity of 30 students. This course is for candidates who want a fast tracked nursing program of shorter duration. Admission process for ANM is comparatively less on the competitive side than B.Sc Nursing or GNM, but still requires candidates to meet basic eligibility criteria laid by the Indian Nursing Council.
