BA mostly known as BTL Polytechnic College is one of the well known technical College situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka was started in the year 1987. This affiliated college is located in Bommasandra Industrial Area and has continued to build professionals of tomorrow for over thirty years. recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) new delhi, the institute has several diploma courses in different engineering fields. Currently, the college offers education to 255 students, while 37 faculty members cater to the convenience of offering close attention to each and every student.
BTL Polytechnic College has the following modern facilities to ensure that the strategic learning goals of the learners are achieved. The college library performs the role of educating people in the college by providing an access to books, periodicals, and papers. Modern laboratories for each department helps students use their knowledge in practice and apply the received theoretical knowledge into practice. The college also provides for the development of an all rounded student by including in its services sporting activities that include use of fitness centre, ground etc. Good information technology facilities help students to have the current level of technology by the following ways. The campus has an event as well as seminar facility in the form of an auditorium, making the campus highly spirited in academic activity. To enhance the health of its students the college has a health centre with first aid amenities. Other facilities include sports hall, dining hall, and accommodation for the faculty/ visitors and family respectively.
At the present time, it runs three full time Diploma programmes, each of a three-year duration. These programmes cater to the core engineering branches: Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Each course has an approved intake of 60 students and in total for all programmes, the College has 180 student capacity.
