B.Sc Programs: CAM Institute offers several B.Sc programs such as Clinical Laboratory Technology, Imaging Technology, Respiratory Care Technology, Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology, and Radiotherapy Technology. Admission to all of these programs is the same. Candidates must have passed 12th standard Science or an equivalent examination. Selection is based on the performance in the qualifying examination, and may include a personal interview at Bhaikaka University. The institute has different intake capacities for different programs, ranging from 8 to 40 seats.

PG Diploma Programs: The institute provides PG Diploma programs in Cardiac Care Technology and Clinical Dietetics. For the said programs, the candidate should have completed their B.Sc degree in a relevant field. The selection process involves an assessment of the candidate's performance in their B.Sc examination and may include a personal interview at Bhaikaka University. Both the programs have an intake capacity of 20 seats each.

M.Sc Programs: CAM Institute offers M.Sc courses in Perfusion Technology and Radiography and Medical Imaging Technology. The admission for these courses is given to those candidates who have passed their B.Sc in any related field. The selection depends on the marks of the candidate in his B.Sc examination.
