Delhi College of Technology and Management (DCTM) was founded in 2008 and is based in Palwal, Haryana. It's an AICTE-approved institution offering a variety of programmes in engineering, management, and computer applications. At DCTM Palwal, how you get in depends on the programme you’re applying for. For B.Tech courses, 75% of the seats are filled through Haryana State Counselling, and the other 25% are filled directly by the college. To be admitted, students need to qualify in JEE-Main or JEE-Advanced. For the MBA programme, half of the seats are filled through Haryana State Counselling, and the other half are filled by the college. For BBA and BCA, admissions follow the rules of the affiliating university, JCBUST, YMCA, Faridabad. Delhi College of Technology and Management (DCTM) which is approved by AICTE, though they offer a lot of engineering, management and computer applications programmes; DCTM has a specific admission procedure to select the deserving students, based on that admission procedure both undergraduate and postgraduate students can be successfully admitted to the programmes.
Delhi College of Technology and Management follows an organised admission procedure, as guided by the Haryana State Technical Education Society and also the other affiliating university, J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad . DCTM generally opens its doors for admissions in May and June to kick-start the academic year in August and September. The entrance procedure for all courses too shall be through national and state-level tests as and when applicable for the various programmes. B.Tech programmes make provision for Delhi College of Technology and Management admission based largely on JEE Main scores while MBA is earmarked for CAT score results. BBA and BCA students would be admitted based on the regulations of their respective affiliated universities.
Of the complete B.Tech seats, 75% are to be filled in by Haryana State Counselling, while the remaining 25% are filled directly by the college. To get Delhi College of Technology and Management admission, the candidate must qualify in JEE Main or JEE Advanced. The MBA programme also runs equally. M.Tech:
DCTM offers B.Tech, MBA, Diploma; admissions via JEE, LEET, HSTES counseling, and direct merit-based management quota entry.
DCTM School of Engineering offers undergraduate engineering courses in Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning branches. Entrance is based on the JEE Main/JEE Advanced score. 75 percent of the seats are available through State counselling in Haryana while the rest are institutional. Programme approval on each course ranges from 30 to 60 seats.
The MBA course offered by DCTM has an approved intake of 60 seats. Delhi College of Technology and Management admissions are conducted on a 50-50 basis between Haryana State Counselling and admission at the institution level. Generally through the qualifying process, candidates qualify and take up the CAT.
The Bachelor of Business Administration programme, which includes BBA Digital Marketing, follows Delhi College of Technology and Management admission guidelines of the affiliated university, JCBUST, YMCA, Faridabad. The programme has an intake capacity of 60 seats.
Admission to the BCA Bachelor of Computer Applications course follows Delhi College of Technology and Management admission guidelines of JCBUST, YMCA, Faridabad. It has an approved intake of 60 seats.
Delhi College of Technology and Management admission offers two M.Tech programmes, namely Computer Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Design. These two programmes will have a direct admission process for GATE-qualified students. Each programme has a load of 12 seats. Students will be free to prepare for PSUs/Engineering Services while carrying on their studies and would be offered paid industrial internships or teaching assignments, if available.
