Doon Valley Institute of Pharmacy and Medicine, Karnal was established in the year 2004. It is one of the leading educational institutions that imparts quality education in the field of pharmaceutical studies. The affiliated college is located at Sector 17, near Fire Brigade Station in Mangal Colony, Karnal, Haryana, with an area of 3 acres. There are numerous programs related to pharmacy, approved by the Pharmacy Council of India, for the aspiring pharmacists and researchers. The enrolment of the students is 60 in total, whereby equal interest enrollments ensure a congenial atmosphere for learning suitable for quality education.

This institute is well facilitated with ample infrastructure providing comfort and support for various co-curricular activities and studies. A well-stocked library with over 80,000 books and 120 online journals in subjects related to disciplines of interest, that is, Pharmacy. Doon Valley Institute of Pharmacy and Medicine runs four full-time courses across three-degree levels in the department of pharmacy. Courses are as follows: Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Pharmacy, and two Master of Pharmacy programs specializing in Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology. All courses combined, the institute has 150 seats, out of which 60 seats each are for D.Pharma. and B.Pharma., and 15 seats each for the M.Pharma. programs.
