It is a co-educational college that offers various undergraduate courses in management, hospitality, and computer applications. The compact campus with 1-acre area, enrolls 150 students and 16 faculty members. DSMS College offers 4 full-time courses in 3-degree programs, namely BCA, BBA, and BBA in Hospital Management and BHM, hence catering to the different career aspirations of students.

Its four-year program in BCA offers sound foundational knowledge in computer science and its applications. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) course encompasses all areas of business management and is covered in three years. A four-year BBA is also offered in the aspect of Hospital Management by the college for students who want to further venture into the health care area. The four-year course is known as the BBA Bachelor of Hotel Management, which helps students establish themselves in careers concerning hospitality.
