Eastern Dooars B.Ed. Training College, established in 2006, is a co-educational day college located in Alipurduar city of West Bengal. The affiliated college, covering an area of 1.15 acres, is dedicated to teacher education approved by the NCTE. The college received its accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and has a student enrolment of 400 and a faculty strength of 41.

The college is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure that acts to address the wholesome development of a student. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, each having a capacity to accommodate 50 students. The library forms the knowledge hub of the institute with more than 5,000 books on specialised topics, journals, and reference books. Besides, it provides fully equipped labs like the Educational Psychology Lab, Science Curriculum Lab, Language Curriculum Lab, Social Science Curriculum Lab, Music Lab, and Computer Lab. The institute has a total of 25 computers that are networked and provided with internet access so that the students remain updated about recent developments in the field of technology regarding education. Eastern Dooars B.Ed. Training College currently offers three full-time courses: B.Ed., D.El.Ed, and M.Ed. The intake is 100 students in B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. and 50 students in the M.Ed. course.
