The college has a good infrastructure. The college has a main block in front and an Annex block at the back. Mostly science students are on the main block. And other streams like commerce, Economics, etc are in Annex block. My department situated in the main block. The labs are nearby to the classroom, so it was easy to attend the practical class on time. The labs are well equipped with instruments. Labs are constructed with various facilities including safety precautions for students.

I studied BSc Microbiology which is coming under self-financed. The course has many subjects such as Immunology, Medical Microbiology, Bio instrumentation, etc. The quality of teaching is excellent. Our teachers take in-depth about each topic. Our teachers have many years of experience in teaching.

The quality of placement is good in college. Our college provides good placement assistance and job opportunities for students. Our college organizes personality development sessions for students. Those sessions helped students to attend the placement process.

The fee structure was feasible. I can able to afford for my course. While I was studying, the fees were less compared to current fees in the college. But it was worth studying in a good women's college.

The college campus was the best. The college conducts cultural like shristi, freshers day, farewell day, etc. Our department conducts Microfest, it is one of the association programs organized by our department. The students actively take part in various competitions such as T-shirt designing, face painting, quizzes, etc. Our teachers are friendly and supportive of us.

The college is situated in a very commute-friendly place. All modes of transport are available. The limelight of the college, infrastructure wise, is the hostel. Hostels are very comfortable with security and emergency medical support. Libraries and labs are often updated and equipped. Auditoriums are compact with decent playground space. Various classrooms have projector facilities while the others are traditional. Food doesn't excel when compared to the comfortable hostel facilities.

Considering the field of Commerce which is prone to instant changes all the time, it is impractically to change the pattern often. The traditional, is what are taught but latest updates are frequently discussed in the form of assignments or classroom discussions. Internals are judged based on those assignments. In subjects like law, real time cases are discussed for making it more interesting. Curriculum based projects are also given. Staffs believe in the quote "Practice makes a man perfect."

Placements are the attraction of the college. Big companies approach all the departments for freshers but ultimately the success depends on how the student performs. Interview training sessions are held on a huge scale at the right time. Various seminars are lectures are also arranged to do the same.

The fees varies according to the stream and department. For B.com per semester fees ranges from 30K to 40K in self supporting stream but it is below 10K in aided stream. The college is well-known for its cultural festivals. Hence, education, behaviour, exposure, management skills, communication skills etc will all be provided in return for the fees given. But ultimately, the student has to explore and use it to the maximum level.

College campus is very friendly. Students are all very fun-loving with dedication. They hold on to any opportunity which crosses their way. The student union is a separate body with proper organisational rules and power. All genres are present and it is the student who has to choose.

Hi ! Yes In ethiraj college have all necessary like infrastructure, facilities, equipment and college bus. In classroom there is digital board , wifi ,cleaned room and good table and chairs are there .In ethiraj college there is one large library have .In Library there is more books ,if you need to print books u should print the book copies,study hall .In sports category ethiraj college is better because they focus more in students talent ,yes living space are clean and In canteen more hygienic.

I am studying BCA because ethiraj college is one of the best college in india.the quality of teaching is extraordinary because the staff are well educated . Because the syllabus are updated according to the need of era.yes it includes all the recent developments in this field.yes absolutely my studies makes me a job ready because they teach both practical and technical knowledge.

The quality of placement is excellent.almost everyone is placed in top most companies like (tcs, cognizant,wipro..etc), the highest package was 10lakh .yes placement process is easy and pleasant.100% college supportive.

Per year we need to pay 80000.yes this money is worth because we get more facilities

The college campus life is very nice because there is more cultural are conducted, so you shows your talents in culturals.the campus are safe .In campus we get play sport .the location is good because more transportation facilities are there.yes it all things to handle emergencies.

Ethiraj college has been a great place to pursue my under graduation. It has pretty good infrastructure and has one of the biggest campuses in Chennai city. The annexe block is relatively new and is much better than the main block. There are two canteens, one in each block. The food is hygienic and tasty. The classrooms are well lit, neatly maintained and have good furniture. OHPs and whiteboards were used to deliver lectures.

I studied B.Com (Hons) , which is a self supporting course. The curriculum is good and industry oriented. As part of the course, it is mandatory to do two summer internships and one winter internship. The Course also has a plethora of subjects that range from accountancy to supply chain management, entrepreneurship, business law, investment and portfolio management , to name a few. In all, the course is well structured and would serve as a good theoretical and practical foundation of commerce.

The quallity of placements are really good. Overall, all students were offered really good packages and job profiles from reputed companies such as Deloitte, EY, Goldman Sachs, CODA Global, RBS Bank etc. Average salary ranged from 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA.

The course fee was about 19,000 Rs per semester for the self supporting stream. I feel it was completely worth my money, given the amazing internship opportunities I got and the superb final placement at one of the big four audit companies in the world.

There are a host of cultural events that are hosted on campus, such as Shristi, Hostel night, Freshers night and Farewell, to name a few. There are also a variety of clubs which students can be part of and contribute in their area of interest. The college is located in the heart of Chennai City at Egmore and is in a safe locality. However, there is no good connectivity from this part of the city to interior residential areas in the suburbs such as Porur, with respect to public transport.

The faculty at Ethiraj college for women are highly qualified and a knowledgable team. They are always ready to guide students and help them in studies and alo extend help otherwise, if required.

Ethiraj college infrastructure is good but can be improved.Mangament takes effort by taking students suggestion and doing their best.As a college student we expect a bit more which would be satisfied by all our students.

Academics of our department is extermely good.The teachers are clear in their concepts and deliver to us clearly.They explain every concepts and clears our doubts according to the students suitability.

Placement for ethiraj college is good.They are oly few top companies.We prefer a lot more.The classes are helpfull and it helps us to get knowledge on how to attempt tests and be prepared for interview.

Its worth it and according to each individual student.

Yes it does have a lot of facilities but they aren't used regularly and not well maintained. Living spaces are pretty clean and depends on how students maintain it. College management is continuously working on it.

Pretty good when compared to other colleges in Chennai. Ethiraj has a mixture of students from different backgrounds,so it takes in consideration of all those too. U can always do extra course to add value to your profile.

Few departments have good placements from different big MNCs. For under graduation in Economics,not really that great. But for other departments like B.com and branches,it's really great. Placements are basically a little hard to get.

My course costs 6k per year. And it's totally worth it.

Students are encouraged and teachers are very supportive. There are lots of clubs and activities. Some or the other event is happening everyday. It's really fun for all the students. You'll have a great time.
