This is the same for both 5 year and 3 year Law courses. For more information, please visit their official website at: http://www.glcmumbai.com/admission-procedure.html

Hey,
You will not face any problem in the admission. All you need to do is ace the entrance examination with good score.
In case of government law college(glu),Candidates from Boards other than the Maharashtra State Board of Higher and Secondary Education are required to obtain 5% marks more than the candidates from the Maharashtra State Board in order to be considered for admission.
In case of MNLU,the  reservation criterion is based on the Reservation policy of Government of Maharashtra.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Hi there,

Yes they pretty strict in this matter and as an evidence you can also refer this news article.

https://mumbaimirror.indiatimes.com/mumbai/other/glc-gets-strict-about-mus-75-per-cent-attendance-rule/articleshow/68803538.cms

Hello,

You will be able to manage with the CS Program along with LLB course as the Subjects are similar in both the cases. Also, talking about the articleship bit it depends on the college attendance policy also. Because, if it is a full time college with strict attendance policy then you won't be able to pursue your articleship full time. You can definitely take dummy for your articleship and continue your college but rather I would suggest you to take it after your final to make your learning and better.

Hi! Hope you are doing great! Well, the cut off for LLB course in government colleges are different! It depends on which government college you choose ! if you please mention which colleges you are looking for i can help you with the marks!

mostly you if score more than 125 there are decent chances of getting government law college!

Dear Aspirant,

Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws[ B.A.L.L.B.] is a dual degree course in administrative law.  BA LLB is a five year course. Having passed a 10+ 2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with a recommended minimum of 50% of the total, an applicant may apply for this course. Admission to most law schools / universities is achieved through a regional or university level entrance test.

Applicants will usually seek admission to this course via entrance exams. There are also direct admissions to some institutes. Admission exams are performed at all levels of India as well as at the state or university level. This technical course covers topics such as history, economics, sociology, etc., as well as broad areas of law such as tax law, criminal law and corporate law, etc.

The eligibility requirements for the BA LLB course shall be the score of minimum aggregate marks as required by the institute for a senior secondary examination or equivalent examination by the recognized board. The general route of entry to this program is through the entrance exam.

Since the entrance exam is the preferred method, the candidates with the results expected in the senior secondary examination are allowed to apply for the course. In some institutes, direct admission is another route of entry offered to this course.

The common entrance to BA LLB goes through the entrance exam. Entrance exams for this function are CLAT, LSAT and AILET.

Several institutes also conduct personal interviews for final selection after the entry. There are a couple of institutes like C. Bhimasen Rao National College of Law, Karnataka, which offer direct admission to this course on the basis of a merit list.

Hope this helps. All the best!
