48 MonthsCandidates registered for full-time research shall work and conduct research on a full-time basis under a recognized research supervisor. The duration of the Ph.D. course for a full-time research scholar is four (4) years from the date of admission.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate is eligible for admission into a Ph.D. program both full time/part-time if he/she obtained not less than 55% marks at the Post Graduate Degree in Law in regular study mode from a recognized University.
Admission Details
Candidates who have qualified in the Ph.D. eligibility test shall be called for Ph.D. Admission Interview. After the Ph.D. Admission Interview, the list of eligible candidates for registration for full-time Ph.D. program will be finalized.
