Immanuel College Dimapur was established in 1994, affiliated to the Nagaland University located at Lingrijan, Dimapur, Nagaland. Situated over a 2 acre campus this institution provides a number of opportunities for education with a total of 12 courses offered over 5 different degree programs. The college has received recognition from National Assessment and Accreditation Council – NAAC which strongly underlines the quality the college delivers. Immanuel College Dimapur has a variety of facilities that seek to improve on a student’s learning. Immanuel College has 12 courses to its name and all the programs are full time. These consist of under graduate programs offered in Arts and Science faculties, and masters in English. A Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees with honors are offered by the college in areas including Economics, Political Science, History, Education and English. It provides the B.Sc programs with honors in the science stream including Botany, Chemistry, Zoology and Geology. Also, it also offered a new postgraduate program of study in the current academic year, namely the master of arts in English.

The admission of students in Immanuel College is done based on merit which is an indication of the colleges desire to deliver quality education.
