Dear Ankit,

Your chances are less considering you belong to general category.

Hope it helps.

Do revert if you have any other query.

Good Luck.

Hi Vinay,

The cutoff of ILS Pune was 110-145 as per last year's trend which is expected to be similar this year. So I believe you have a slim chance for ILS. However, you can try for other institutions such as the ones listed below:

Rizvi Law College, Mumbai

Shri Shivaji Maratha Law College, Pune

St. Wilfreds College of Law, Mumbai

Shankar Rao Chavan Law College, Pune

Dr Ambedkar College of Law, Mumbai

G J Advani Law College, Mumbai

K C Law College, Mumbai

Manikchand Pahade Law College, Mumbai

Hello dear

I am sorry to dishearten but it is really diificult for you to get ILS, Pune as the expected marks for the same are around 90.

But you can get other colleges like ST WILFREDS COLLEGE OF LAW - NAVI MUMBAI or PES'S MODERN LAW COLLEGE - PUNE.

Hope for the best

Hello dear

47 % seats are available for others in ILS. These are divided among candidates from within Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra. and 3% seats are reserved according to law for physically handicapped candidates from any State.

Now as ILS is a government aided - 10% of the seats to students (all india candidates) are sanctioned CAP seats and for minority candidates, it is none.

All the best

Hello dear

GLC

85% of the total 240 seats in the Five Years Law course is reserved for the Maharashtra State Candidates. 10% of the seats are All India seats and 5% seats are reserved for NRI/Foreign candidate etc.

ILS -

50 % seats are reserved for candidates from maharashtra. 3% seats are reserved according to law for physically handicapped candidates from any state. 47 % seats are available for others. These are divided among candidates from within Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra. And if you are a Non Resident Indian (NRI), Foreign National, Person of Indian Origin (PIO), or a Child of Indian Workers in Gulf & South East Asia, your admission will be processed by the University of Pune and not by ILS Law College, Pune.

All the best

Hello dear

Since you have not mentioned any category, assuming you to be undrer OC, it is a little difficult for you to get ILS Pune as its expected opening rank will be somewhere around 140-145 but still as you are close enough, there are completely 50-50 chances of you getting ILS so donot lose hope.

Hope for the best

All the best

Hi. I am sorry to say that your rank is not high enough to get into ILS Pune for a 3 year programme if you a general category student. For SC, cutoff is 63, ST-45, PH-49, OBC-65.

Thank You!

No chnaces expected for ILS and GLC unfortunately as cutoffs above 125 to 135 marks.

However low chances still can be expected for KC C8as cutoffs 100 marks.

High chances expected for following :

  • St wilfred law college
  • Ruzvi law college
  • Manikchand Pahade law College.

Chnaces for ILS and GKC i s negligible under General category as cutoffs above 125marks.

However you cna have decent chances for KC law College Munbai.

You can also get following colleges under MHTCET law:

  • Manikchand Pahade law College
  • St wilfred law college
  • Rizvi law college
  • Dr Ambedekar college of law
  • GJ advani law college
  • TMC Law college.

The college campus is large enough with cleanliness. We have all the resources and infrastructure inside the college. Our classrooms are decent, library is with resources and updated labs. We have canteen as well.

Its good

College Infrastructure

ILS Law College, Pune, is one of India's premier law schools, known for its rich heritage and academic excellence. Established in 1924, it offers undergraduate (LL.B.) and postgraduate (LL.M.) programs. The college is known for its experienced faculty, extensive library, and strong focus on legal research. Students benefit from various extracurricular activities, including moot courts, debates, and internships, which enhance their practical legal skills. The campus has a diverse student body and an active placement cell. However, some students feel that infrastructure and administrative processes could be improved.

Amazing

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is good. There is a freee wifi in all the area including canteen. The classrooms are good but there is no air conditioning facility. In moot court hall, there is AC, and also in the library. In this law college there is big air conditioned library with a huge collection of books which is open for 8am to 5pm.
