Open: 115-123
Open (PWD): 105-112
SC: 85-90
SC (PWD): 80-82
ST: 65-80
ST (PWD): 61-63
OBC: 98-102
OBC (PWD): 90-95
Kashmiri Migrants: 85-100

IHM offers a 3 years degree and also a pg level course. IIHM offers only degree level program. There is no post graduate program offered. IIHM also provides an opportunity to spend 1 years abroad
Being a government institution, IHM fees is quire less compared to IIHM
As for the which is better, I again stress on the fact that i do not have adequate knowledge. however looking at their website contents and some internet search IHM (government one) seems to be better positioned

There are several factors to be noted that passing out from IHM will get you more skills up to you but totally depends upon where you are working and experience and skills .
So a chef may get 5-10 Lakhs salary depending upon the qualities of his and his working.So sometimes he may earn more or sometime he may earn less.
IHM Pusa has a decent infrastructure, College auditorium is good but the classes are not that well maintained, that can be a point of improvement. Kitchens, Bakery, Restaurant of college is fine and has all necessary equipment’s to help students understand.
Infrastructure is best of IHM Pusa . It provides best quality of classrooms and practical rooms. Wifi speed is good and well - maintained . Food provided by IHM pusa is Hygienic and the living spaces is clean .
The infrastructure is very well maintained , all types of facilities are available in this college. IHM Pusa rank top in India for M.Sc. and B.Sc. in HM . All the living spaces is cleaned and the quality of food available is hygienic.
