according to me , if you have no problem in adjusting with the climate change(which acts as a major trouble for most) can go to chennai too. But if thats not the case, then you should definitely choose IHM kolkata. Make sure to double check every condition and possibility before selecting the best one.

Yes there are chances you can get admission into IHM Mumbai apply for second round of counselling if you get a rank till 400 then you can definitely get admission into IHM Mumbai.

Scoring 11570 rank and getting admission into Delhi pusa in general category is a bit difficult but IHM has its college round the world try in some other IHM college.
