Hi,

It will be based upon your all India rank. There will be no separate discussion pr interview round is conducted for admission. It has three rounds , the first two rounds of counseling are web based, whereas the third round is called spot round aspirant need to appear physically at the counselling centre allotted to them.

Most probably you will not call for the 3rd if you have been not selected in the 1st and 2nd rounds.

Last year, IHM Shillong's closing rank in the third round of counselling was 18168 for the General category. So you have fair chances of getting an admission this year.

With an AIR of 25,628 in NCHM 2018 entrance, you could get following options we consider the closing ranks of last year. However, note that the allotment varies every year as the number of aspirants decrease/increase, number of seats decrease/increase, the difficulty level of exam and other factors. 

Also, if we go by previous year closing ranks, getting admission in these colleges will be on the verge and touch and go for you. Based on last year, you could expect these colleges on this rank and under OBC (NCL) category:

• IHM Hajipur (in your list)
