The admissions to these courses are mainly through JEE Main scores. The institute has a total of 660 seats under different B.Tech courses. For Computer Engineering and Information Technology, there are 180 and 120 seats respectively, which shows the popularity of these courses.

B.Tech (Lateral Entry): The institute offers lateral entry into the B.Tech in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering, each with 60 seats. The course allows a direct entry to the second year of the B.Tech course for the candidates holding a diploma or B.Sc degree.

ME/M.Tech: The postgraduate courses include ME in Computer Engineering and ME in VLSI and Embedded Systems Design with 12 seats in each course.
