Koustuv School of Engineering, Patia (KSE) is one of the leading institutions in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, the capital city of the state of Odisha. This affiliated college was set in 2006 and is currently a nearly two-decade pioneer in moulding future engineers. Outlined on a spacious 5-acre compound, KSE provides an appropriate learning environment for all students. As of now, the institute has an overall student population of 573 and has 53 committed teaching staff members. KSE is a diploma-specialising institution offering four unique courses in civil, electrical, mechanical, and electronics and telecommunication engineering.

KSE provides students with a great number of facilities necessary for students’ successful academic and personal development. The institute has arranged to have two distinct hostel facilities to accommodate the boys and girls, respectively, making them feel like at their own home. Every hostel room includes all modern comforts a traveller might need, from a telephone to the Internet terminals located in the rooms for 24 hours every day. The college library acts as an information resource centre and is endowed with all kinds of learning resources to adequately meet the informational needs of students, lecturers, and researchers. KSE boasts of being equipped with the best laboratories that offer hands-on exposure to the prototypes that have been established to match standards. The institute has four full-time diploma courses, the duration of each of the courses being three years. Such programs are as follows: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. 

Admission of students at Koustuv School of Engineering is done in such a manner that excellent students with the ability to succeed in the chosen fields are admitted. All diploma programmes have an entrance requirement, which includes passing the Diploma Entrance Test (DET).
