MTCET provides eight undergraduate engineering programmes, such as BE in Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Robotics and Automation. In addition to these, B.Tech programmes are provided in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and Computer Science and Business Systems. The courses are admitted through the CEETA-PG test. There is a fixed intake capacity for each course, ranging from 30 to 60 seats.

There are five postgraduate ME programmes offered by the college: Computer Science and Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Structural Engineering, and VLSI Design. The admissions for these programmes are carried out through TANCET. There is an approved strength of 18 seats for each ME programme.
