See ur  rank is too low for u to grab a seat in the good colleges like NITs IIITs or GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under barch courses. Hello student,

If you are a general category candidate then it will be difficult for you to get a seat in some government colleges with 13913 rank. 

On the other hand you may get some good private college with this rank.  So, If you want to go for some private college then you should join counselling session.
