Rajagopal Polytechnic College, situated at Gudiyattam in Vellore district, Tamil Nadu, was set up in 1960. Located in a beautifully expansive 39.5-acre campus, this affiliated college is approved by AICTE and offers multiple diploma courses in the field of engineering. The college offers a technical environment with a student population of 1483 and faculty of 16 members. Currently, Rajagopal Polytechnic College provides 8 diploma courses in the various fields to fulfill the new requirements of the industries and new technicians.

The college also has numerous and up-to-date facilities to support learning, hence improving the students. The campus is equipped with computerized laboratories, a library with modern means and developed IT facilities. This covers over fifteen thousand seven hundred and ninety books, periodicals, and instructional materials to support students’ research and study. For those who need to be housed, the college has the facility of unisex hostels—boys and girls, respectively—which have the capacity of housing more than one hundred and fifty students each. The boys’ hostel has the capacity to accommodate one hundred and twenty students, while the female counterpart is a hostel for fifty students only.

  3. Diploma in Civil Engineering: This has a seat intake of 60, Civil Engineering is for students who are inclined towards infrastructure and construction.
  4. Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning: This is a specialized program with intake of 60 students interested in the HVAC system.
