Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (RGSOIPL) is the first of its kind law school to impart legal education with IP specialization within the IIT System bringing synergy among science, technology, management and law. The School offers a Six-Semester, Three-Year Full-Time residential programme leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in Intellectual Property Law approved by the Bar Council of India.
Applicants are required to apply online from the official websitewww.iitkgp.ac.in.
Application Fee is Rs. 2500/- for General/OBC and Rs. 1250/- for SC/ST candidates. Women candidates are exempted from the payment of application fees.

Instructions To Fill In Online Application Form
STEP-I : Fill in the ONLINE application form
Register with Your Email Id and Login. FILL in the appropriate data. Please note that you have to upload your testimonials wherever it is required to validate your information along with your digital photograph and signature.
STEP-II : Make PAYMENT and SUBMIT Application
Payment of application fee has to be made through online payment gateway only. However, women candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
STEP-III : Take PRINT
After final submission of your online application, you will be able to generate your online application print with your specific details/data. This application print may be retained with you for future requirement.
Please note that you NEED NOT SEND the application by post. Your application will be considered on the basis of your final submission through online. You can check submission, shortlisting, selection and other application related status from Application Status menu. You should remember your login id and password for the same.

No, there is only IPR law. No corporate law specialization is there.
RGSOIPL is the first renowned law school within IIT Kharagpur that imparts legal education with IP specialization within the IIT System bringing synergy among science, technology, management, and law.
As per the guidelines offered by the Bar Council of India, the curriculum of the program is offered within which many specialized courses related to Law and Intellectual Property Rights are offered.
The course structure and school infrastructure are good enough to develop a basic understanding of the law. The law school within IIT KGP is blessed with a rich source of books, subscribed journals, and articles.
Beyond the name and brand, what was intended and is thankfully developing in RGS over these many years since establishment, is a culture of learning among peer group and a passage of same learning across batches and from alumni.

Thanks for asking, No you are not eligible for IIT Kharagpur Law entrance. As the minimum criteria are to have a graduation degree. You can check this on this official link.

Thanks for the question, guiding you I want to say,
India's premiere institute, the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur has decided to grant admission to its 3 year LLB program in Intellectual Property Laws to students on the basis of the score achieved at the Law School Admission Test (LSAT).
With this development, the law school in IIT Kharagpur has become the only IIT to give recognition to LSAT.
Eligibility: Students with LSAT-India or LSAT-global scores within India and abroad.
