As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get admission in good Top reputed college fter scoring 98 in NEET.
My suggestion to you is that you should apply for admission in private college which accept your score.

The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a feeble chance to get into a good college. If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a bams college in kerela are mild.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

with this Score you Might get BHMS/BAMS Seat in any good colleges but,i am not sure even becuse Cutoff for NEET BHMS/BAMS is 119 Marks out of 720 for General,and 96 Marks for SC/ST.But it also depends upon n.o of applicant whose score is more than you and also want to apply for the same,so in that case chances becomes lower for getting good colleges,but don't worry you will get some of good colleges with this score.
