If you want to get admission in government college for MBBS then you have to score atleast 500 marks if you belong to general category and atleast 450 marks for dental college. Now you have got some less marks in respect of cutoff so you are not eligible for any government colleges
It would be tough to tell you the cutoff 2018 for BAMS programme in Karnataka now so I would suggest you to wait till it officially announced.

You have secured 263 marks in the National Eligibily cum Entrance Test. For knowing which colleges (including the govt colleges with bams/bds)would fall under your rank range, you can use the NEET College Predictor.

As this year, the admission in BAMS will be on the basis of NEET 2019, So, it purely depends on the college you are applying in, different colleges will have different cut off for BAMS. It will also depend on your category and domicile. I would recommend you to visit the caeeer360's college predictor, that will give you some idea,here is the link :-
